Oxfordshire County is launching what can be effectively described as climate lockdowns. Citizens will be unable to leave the wider city perimeter more than 100 days per year without council approval. The county has been divided into 6 sections (15 min perimeters) that citizens can move around. Access will be closed via electronic gates, and all people have to register their license plates.
